Federation Policy is made and varied at Annual Conference. It is very important that your Association is represented. Conference discussions and decisions need the widest possible range of viewpoints if they are to be effective.

Up to three delegates per affiliated association may participate. All delegates must be financial members of the nominating association.

Motions
Affiliates are invited to submit items to be included for discussion on the agenda. These items must be in the hands of Federation’s office thirteen weeks before the opening of the Conference.
