Q: How does the Federation decide to increase Affiliate Member P&C Fees?

A: There has to be a majority vote at the Federation of Parents and Citizens' Associations of NSW Annual Conference.

Q: After becoming a member of our Regional Council do we still have to pay affiliation fees?

A: Each school P&C Association still affiliates with NSW Federation for a fee. There are a range of affiliate services and access to certain resources.

Q: Do Regional Councils charge fees to their member school P&C Associations?

A: When the Regional Councils were established each P&C in their Region is automatically a member of their Regional Council, without fees.

The Federation was successful is gaining funding to provide each Regional Council with a small grant to cover costs in lieu of charging any fee to individual P&C Associations in their Region.

Q: What are Principal Awards?

A: Principal Awards are awarded once each year at Annual Conference through nomination forms that the Federation sends to every school P&C in an All Schools Mail out.
