P&C Federation's office has a number of professional staff who are employed.
Office hours are Monday through to Friday 9am to 4pm.

Teamwork is an essential part of the way all staff need to work for the effective operation of the Associations. A team is more than a group. Team members recognise their interdependence and understand personal and team goals are best accomplished through mutual support.Open and honest communication and understanding each other’s point of view. Taking responsibility for what the team has to achieve. P&C Federation provides services to affiliates. All Staff must be customer focused and appreciate the contribution of volunteers to public education communities.
Current Staff of P&C Federation include; General Manager , Policy and Research Officer, Insurance Administrator, Finance Officer, Member Service Officers and Administration Assistant.
