Governance
VOLUNTEER BOARD & DELEGATES
The P&C Federation is governed by a representative board β one member from each of the 16 electorates in NSW. Our Board members are instrumental in guarding the core vision and strategy of the Federation and are entrusted with upholding the 100-year legacy of the Federation.Β We also have 32 delegates who play a significant role in their communities and represent the needs and issues of their regions with the board and Federation staff.
Core Principles
Our governance is shaped by the core principles of the work of P&C Associations.
Equality
Weβre team players who are committed to everyone getting a fair go. We each play our part to contribute to our common goals, we are all equals in our dedication to public education and the vision of the P&C Federation.
Volunteerism
We give our time and effort freely. We know how valuable volunteers are to make change. Our Board and Delegates are volunteers who want to make a valuable contribution to public education in NSW.
Representation
We seek to accurately represent the diverse experience, needs and priorities of NSW. Our Board and Delegates come from our 16 electorates β eight within Metro Sydney and eight from greater NSW.
