1. Sponsorship of the event is subject to the approval of the P&C Federation of NSW. Applications will be reviewed and accepted at their full discretion in line with Federation operational policies ​

2. All print ads and show bag inclusions will need to be sent to Federation office by October 31 ​

Showbags​

3.1 The P&C Federation reserves the exclusive right to reject any advertisement or copy or place restrictions on any material that will be accepted​

3.2 Preference is given to non-paper items​

3.3 Advertisements supplied must be of high image quality​

3.4 Please ensure there is 200 items for each attendee ​

3.5 All show bag inclusions will need to be sent to Federation office by October 31 to P&C Federation NSW, Level 4, 55 Phillip Street Parramatta, NSW 2150 ​

4. Special Edition Conference Journal​

4.1 P&C Federation does not provide a guarantee of the page number that your advertisement will be situated on within the Parent & Citizen Conference Journal​

4.2 The Conference Special Edition journal is digital only. For ongoing print journal advertising for 2026, you can email journal@pandc.org.au to secure your add spot with a Conference Discount. ​

4.3 Please provide a high quality PDF image to be included in the Conference Special Edition Journal by October 31 to journal@pandc.org.au ​

4.4 A mock up of your ad will be available for approval for 7 days after the ad is provided. If you do not contact the team within this period, the Journal will be published as is​

4.5 If the partnership fee payment is not cleared before October 31, 2025, the advertising material will not be included in the journal​

5. Prize Donations​

5.1 Lucky door & raffle prizes donations should be valued over $100*​

5.2 We cannot guarantee the category the prize will be awarded for. Please contact P&C Federation if you have any concerns​

There will be a mockup available before the Special Edition Conference Journal will go to print. One (1) round of edits will be available as long as material submitted before October 21
