Public Education Week is coming up in a few weeks – running from Monday 4 to Friday 8 August — and we want to celebrate the incredible contribution P&C Associations across NSW make to public education.
This annual week is an opportunity to recognise the strength, diversity and achievement of our public education system, and to celebrate the students, staff, families and volunteers who make it thrive.
Social Media Takeover
This year’s theme is Ignite your potential, and we’re handing over our social media channels to P&C Associations.
We’re inviting associations to take over our social media for a day during Public Education Week, sharing photos, stories and snapshots of what makes your school community special. Whether it’s your school canteen, garden, uniform shop, special events or the volunteers who make it all happen — we want to hear from you.
We’ll be featuring all submissions on Wednesday 6 August, showcasing P&C Associations across the state. Submit your photos in advance and we’ll include your school in this celebrations.
Let’s celebrate the value of public education, and the power of parent and carer involvement!
