International Day of Women and Girls in Science

This International Day of Women and Girls in Science we are showcasing a P&C that are running an outstanding STEM program.

St Ives Public School P&C support the school’s STEM program for every student, delivering 80 minutes of learning each fortnight as part of RFF.

Run by one of the school’s STEM teachers, these lessons have been supported for several years and include resources ranging from robotics equipment to a 3D printer. They are used across multiple subjects, supporting learning for a wide range of students. A fantastic long-term investment helping students build skills that extend far beyond the STEM classroom.
