We know that the event location will be farther away for some than for others. To help with travel and accommodation costs we have a fund available.  

Purpose 

The P&C Federation Roadshow Travel Assistance Fund provides financial support to P&Cs in rural and remote areas to send a representative to the Federation’s 2024 roadshow event. 

Eligibility Requirements 

• P&C must be from within the electorate(s) covered by the roadshow event. 
• The school to which the P&C association is attached must be located 75-minutes travel or more from the roadshow venue. 
• You must be a current office bearer or an approved representative for your P&C.
• You are welcome to send as many representatives as you would like, however we are only able to provide one payment per P&C Association. 

Payment amount 

• The travel assistance amount is $200. 
• Payment by a Visa gift card upon arrival and registration at event – ID required. 
• Visa gift card is not transferable for cash.
