These events will be a great opportunity to meet the P&C Federation team, and other P&C Association office bearers, to learn more about running a P&C, fundraising and working with your school community. The P&C Federation is excited to announce that we launching our inaugural Rural & Regional Roadshows in 2024! Instead of hosting our annual P&C member conference in Sydney, we are coming to see you!
We are planning nine Roadshows across our NSW electorates with the first one kicking off for the Hunter/Newcastle Electorate on 31st May.
Where and when will events happen?
We will be releasing more information in the coming months about our upcoming events. We are planning to visit nine regions throughout NSW including the Far West, Riverina, New England, Southern and Central Tablelands and regions along the coast. Events will be run on a monthly basis throughout the year. All P&C Associations will be contacted with details in the lead up to the event.

Our priority for these events is to meet our P&C Association members, to hear from you and to lend support where we can.
P&C Federation Roadshow Travel Assistance Fund
We know that the event location will be farther away for some . To help with travel and accommodation costs we have a fund available. To apply for our P&C Federation Roadshow Travel Assistance Fund visit
The P&C Federation Roadshow Travel Assistance Fund provides financial support to P&Cs in rural and remote areas to send representative to the Federation’s 2024 roadshow event.
- P&C must be from within the electorate(s) covered by the roadshow event.
- The school to which the P&C association is attached must be located 75-minutes travel or more from the roadshow venue.
- You must be a current office bearer or an approved representative for your P&C
- You are welcome to send as many representatives as you would like, however we are only able to provide one payment per P&C Association.
- The travel assistance amount is $200.
- Payment by a Visa gift card upon arrival and registration at event – ID required.
- Visa gift card is not transferable for cash.
