STUDENT ACCIDENT & INJURY APPLICATION FORM

PERIOD OF INSURANCE: 1 February 2024 – 1 February 2025

The Student Accident & Injury policy provides cover for every student enrolled in your school against accident, injury or death 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Cover includes Parents & Carers, and Teachers during School activities. Premium is calculated based on the number of enrolled students at your school at the time of application.

An invoice will be issued and sent to the email address provided and a Certificate of Insurance will be emailed once premium is paid.
