• The P&C Association must use the default affiliate email as the username of the Zoom account. Note: If your P&C Association doesn’t have an active affiliate email setup, please send an email to: affiliatesupport@pandc.org.au for this to be arranged

Your P&C Association requires an affiliate email in order to access its Zoom account. Please contact our office by calling 1300 885 982 from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday or emailing us at affiliatesupport@pandc.org.au if you would like to access your affiliate email.

No. Pro-rata licences are not available. Licences are already heavily discounted, so you will save money even if you purchase a licence after 1 July 2023.

No. Your P&C Association may use any online meeting platform. P&C Federation offers discounted Zoom licences, but you may choose a better fitting platform for your P&C Association e.g., Microsoft Teams, GoMeetings, Google etc.
