Nominations are are open from Monday 25 October 2021 for the positions of Councillors and/or Delegates from the following P&C Federation Electorates:

CANDIDATE’S ELIGIBILITY
The prescribed eligibility requirements are set out in the Constitution of the Federation of Parents and Citizens Associations made under the Parents and Citizens Associations Incorporation Act 1976 No 50. A Nomination Form and Candidate Profile Form are available from P&C Federation’s website at https://www.pandc.org.au/pc-federation-2021-supplementary-election/
LODGEMENT OF NOMINATIONS AND CANDIDATE PROFILE FORMS
Completed Nomination Forms and Candidate Profile Forms must be received by the Returning Officer, Vero Voting from Monday 25 October 2021 and by no later than 12:00 noon, Friday 26 November 2021. A candidate may only withdraw their nomination in writing and submitted to the Returning Officer prior to the close of nominations. Any defect in a nomination form or a candidate profile must be rectified by the candidate prior to the close of nominations.
All Nomination forms and Candidate Profile forms are to be lodged with the Returning Officer as per their instructions.
Should more than the required number of nominations be received, a draw will be conducted to determine the order of candidates’ names on the ballot paper by the Returning Officer at 2.00pm, Friday 26 November 2021.
PRESIDENT CONTACT DETAILS
To be eligible to vote, your P&C Association was requested, via email issued on Tuesday 5 October 2021, to submit the contact details of the President (or the Secretary or another member nominated by the Association if the President will be a candidate in the election) known as the Voting Delegate of your P&C Association to the Federation of Parents and Citizens Associations of NSW. To be eligible, the Voting Delegate must be submitted so that it is received by P&C Federation by no later than 12.00 noon, Friday 22 October 2021. The President (or the Secretary or another member nominated by the Association if the President will be a candidate in the election) of your P&C Association will be responsible for submitting your P&C Association’s vote.
VOTING
If a ballot is necessary, voting material will be posted to all eligible P&C Associations. The ballot will close at 12.00 noon, Friday 10 December 2021 and the count will be conducted by Vero Voting .
