The 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on Saturday, 27 of August 2022. As per the P&C Federation Constitution, the Councillors (board members) and Delegates from across NSW, meet annually to review annual reports, which showcases the achievements, challenges and activities of P&C Federation. Councillors and Delegate also discuss motions submitted and talk about the future direction of P&C Federation.

The AGM is an important yearly event that provides member P&C Associations with an opportunity to submit motions relating to the policies of P&C Federation for consideration.
